Pastor Cohort Begins January 2025

The Pastor Cohort is a 7-session accompaniment program designed to equip you with a better understanding of the 7 discipleship emphases required for reaching the young church.

Marathon Youth Ministry (our partner) and the Office for Ministry with Youth will help your parish grow young through content, personal coaching, and resources. We will walk with you as you:

  • Identify key challenges in Ministry with Youth
  • Outline strategies for parish growth and leadership
  • Set future goals for sustainable impact
  • Design ongoing partnerships that extend beyond your tenure

  • The 7 sessions are a combination of in-person and Zoom over a span of one year.
  • Registrations are open!
    • A date for the first session will be selected with participants to ensure everyone’s participation.

The OMY is here to help you accompany your Minister in their growth as a professional in the field of Ministry with Youth. Below is a list of some of the ways that we support them and assist in their growth:

  • The OMY Professional Development Track or “The Track” is a process of professional growth for all ministers regardless of their experience. It includes:
  • Professional Development gatherings that extend beyond “The Track“
  • A yearly day retreat for spiritual renewal, in collaboration with the Office for Ministry with Young Adults.
  • A network of peer support through the Deanery Family Gatherings and peer mentorship.
