In-Person Workshop “Designing Your Own Sacred Listening Tool” by Megan Bissell, Co-founder of Future of Faith
This Sacred Listening workshop supports accompaniment in youth ministry through a clear and practical listening process. Participants will walk through a simple, repeatable approach to listening, learn how to notice patterns across what young people share, and explore how those insights can guide discernment and ministry decisions. The session equips participants to build their own Sacred Listening tools for parish and diocesan youth ministry settings, helping deepen trust and shape responses grounded in young people’s real experiences.
