What is PCYC?
Launched in 2022 as “NCYC Philly,” PCYC is designed to bring together the youth of the Catholic Church of Philadelphia to ignite hearts, strengthen community, and empower them to live their faith with boldness and joy.
The day features nationally recognized keynote speakers, dynamic breakout sessions for youth and adults, Mass and Adoration, high‑energy worship led by the PCYC Collective, interactive exhibits, games, and many moments of grace.

- Date: Saturday, February 20, 2027
- Location: Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford, PA
- Time: Doors open for group check-in at 8:30 am. The program begins at 9:05 am. The day concludes with Mass with Archbishop Pérez at 5:15 pm.

Participant Details and Forms
- Open to youth in 8th through 12th grade.
- Youth MUST be accompanied by adult chaperones with proper checks and clearances per the Office for Child and Youth Protection of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
- For the safety of all attendees, adults are required to submit copies of checks and clearances to the Office for Ministry with Youth.
- A letter from Archdiocese of Philadelphia parishes or Catholic High Schools on official letterhead listing adult chaperone names and affirming compliance with the guidelines per the Office for Child and Youth Protection is also acceptable.
- The adult to youth ratio should be 2:10 for the first 10 youth and 1:10 for every 10 youth after the initial 10.
- Adults without proper checks and clearances will not be able to participate in PCYC.
- Permission and Release Forms will be required for each participating youth. Click to download the forms:
- In the week of February 1, group leaders will receive a Participant List form to enter the names of youth participants and adult chaperones.
- Copies of your Participant List, parent permission and release forms, and adult chaperone clearances must be received by the Office for Ministry with Youth before event day via email (scans), mail (hard copies), or brought when you check-in at PCYC.

Exhibitors and Vendors Welcomed!
Our Exhibitors and Vendors contribute to the environment that facilitates this transformative and joy filled experience for our youth!
- We anticipate an audience of about 500 youth and adult chaperones.

- For the safety of all attendees, attending adults will need to submit copies of their checks and clearances per the Office for Child and Youth Protection of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to the Office for Ministry with Youth. If you are from outside of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, we ask that you provide documentation of clearances/good standing from your home diocese.
