What are the Minister Cohorts?
Our cohorts are designed to equip Ministers of all experience levels with tools and strategies to foster meaningful connections with young people as they journey with Christ. Through engaging content and practical examples, the sessions offer a fresh approach to building trust, cultivating belonging, and supporting youth as they navigate life’s challenges. They will develop greater self-awareness of their ministry strengths and growth areas, engage more intentionally with youth, and articulate long- and short-term goals for their parishes.
Ministers can sign up for one of our 2 Tracks: Minister Cohort and the Hispanic Ministry Minister Cohort for those who accompany Hispanic youth.

Minister Cohorts 2027
2026 Fall Cohorts
- Minister Cohort will meet on Thursdays at 4 PM, starting September 24.
- Hispanic Ministry Cohort will meet at 7 PM. Date TBD.
- Cohorts meet virtually once a week and meet in-person for the last session.
- Cost is $40 per person, including all materials, assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Session topics are the same for both the Minister Cohort and the Hispanic Ministry Minister Cohort.
Additional Details
- Sessions are every week, one hour virtually. The last session, Going Forth, is in-person.
- Hispanic Ministry Minister Cohort content is in Spanish with conversations in Spanglish.
- Both Cohorts are facilitated by trained facilitators.
- Cohort fee includes MCODE Assessment and Relational Discipleship Inventory, two individual coaching sessions, in-person gathering, materials., and access to resource app.
