Early Bird Conference Passes, AVAILABLE NOW!

- Early Bird (September 19 to October 3) is $30 per teen, $20 per adult chaperone.
- Regular (October 4 to October 28) is $38 per teen, $28 per adult chaperone.

- Date: Saturday, November 23, 2024
- Location: Immaculata University
- Time: Doors open for group check-in at 8:40 am. The program begins at 9:05 am. The day concludes with Mass with Archbishop Pérez at 5:15 pm.
- Includes: prayer, live music, keynote speaker, Adoration with Healing Procession, lunch, games, breakouts, vigil Mass, and loads of fun!

Participants and Forms:
- Open to youth in 8th through 12th grade.
- Youth MUST be accompanied by adult chaperones with proper checks and clearances per the Office for Child and Youth Protection of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
- For the safety of all attendees, adults will be required to submit proof of checks and clearances to the Office for Ministry with Youth.
- The adult to youth ratio should be 2:10 for the first 10 youth and 1:10 for every 10 youth after the initial 10.
- Adults without proper checks and clearances will not be able to participate in PCYC.
- Permission and Release Forms will be required for each participating youth. Click to download the forms:
- Copies of your participant list (the OMY will provide as of October 29), parent permission and release forms, and adult chaperone clearances must be received by the Office for Ministry with Youth before event day via email (scans), mail (hard copies), or brought when you check-in at PCYC.

Volunteers:
Our day takes many hearts and hands to make it what Christ seeks it to be! If you would like to volunteer for the full day or part of it, please email us at phillyomy@archphila.org or call us at 215-587-3714 for details.
- For the safety of all attendees, adult volunteers will need to submit copies of their checks and clearances per the Office for Child and Youth Protection of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to the Office for Ministry with Youth.
Exhibitors and Sponsorship:
The support of our Exhibitors and Sponsors directly contributes to the creation of an environment that facilitates this transformative experience!
- We anticipate an audience of about 500 youth and adult chaperones.
- Exhibitors and Sponsors receive two conference passes with lunch and other benefits.
- Donations of any amount are welcome.

- Exhibitor spaces are limited and therefore, are on a first come, first serve basis.
- For the safety of all attendees, attending adults will need to submit copies of their checks and clearances per the Office for Child and Youth Protection of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to the Office for Ministry with Youth. If you are from outside of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, we ask that you provide documentation of clearances/good standing from your home diocese.
